And last but not least.... a snowman..the three circles are connected so that he swings down so that all layers are on top of each other, and his nose is a little electric lite... he's cute. and all we had to do was put him together!

This was my shoebox project, triple layer, except the top layer isn't there...

Just a little box to decorate and put a gift candle in ... or candy or whatever would fit in the 2x2 box.

This is a gift card...and
this one was little tuff... the large red ribbon had to be cut down the sides  with a craft knife... I'm not that handy with the knife so it came out not nice.. fortunately you can't tell in the pic.

This card was also cut with a sizzlet and we just had to mount it on the card base, and stamp happy holiday!.. needless to say, my Christmas cards are made for this year!

I'll be uploading pics from Stampalooza event that was held on October 26,2013.  Starting with these 2 shoebox projects.
The top one is very simple.. just tape and assemble... as are most of the shoeboxes.
The bottom one is a fake window card... cute don't ya think.??
I had a great time ... 20 shoe box projects and lots of door prizes.
I won 2 door prizes, one was a little stamping carry tote.. perfect for the day...and the other was a roll of washi tape, some mini brads packaged together  and a grand door prize that only cost me 5bucks... Yep,, and it was actually something I really wanted..... the envelope punch!!! I'm already making envies and little boxes!...
Food was prepped by Wegmans,,, delicious.. salads, pitas, cookies...Yummy

I had a Stampin Up party in October.  This is one of the items we made for fall.  The pumpkin is put together using the bowtie maker from SU.

Massachusetts pick

When Nick and I went to Massachusettes to pick up Steve, we took Lucky with us... He was such a good dog... not a peep out of him all weekend.... Here he is waiting for Nick to come outside. Whenever Nick left to go someplace Lucky looked like he had lost his best friend.... good dog!


AND today is my birthday,,,, happy birthday to me!!!.. old lady that I am!

Labor Day trip

Our short visit to Massachusetts Labor Day weekend. That's my son Nick in foreground, and hubby Steve in the back.  We were walking on the pier in Plymouth harbor.  It juts out into the ocean and Nick wanted to say he had seen the ocean.... not like he hasn't seen it before, but hey, whatever he wants... it was our first 'Family" vacation since Nick was 18 months old just the 3 of us.....  Time flies,,,, he'll be 32 y.o in October. It was a cloudy day, and wasn't sure about going on whale watch that day,, maybe next year with Erin and Kay and Molly.

Not sure where this came from,,, I'm thinking Stampalooza in May,, according to date stamp.. Anyway, I have been too pooped to particapate lately,,, Molly keeps me busy, and when she naps I try to get other things done.... plus my own nap....

Don't know if anyone knows but Shelli Gardner, CEO of Stampin'UP! ( you can read full story )was in an accident involving a horse... Labor Day weekend. I just read her updated blog today, and she's HOME!.. wow.. broken pelvis, arm and whatever else .... she's still not able to do much, but at least she's home.
Thats a been there done that thing for me...!!! Just glad she's home and recovering... and the horse is recovering too, by the way...

Heres's another card from a the last swap i did... I think its the Hamilton Seminar, not sure..its been so long...
Been busy making swaps for Hamburg last week, now I'm finishing up swaps for October. Lot going on here too.  Erin and Kaylee are back to school already, and now Molly during the week,,,,and heading out of town for Laborday  weekend.
 Next week, I'll start loading up the swaps from  Hamburg, got lots.. the Saturday nite shoeboxes and Sunday morning swaps and fancy folds class are really great...

At least the rain has stopped.... Nick was off again today, so Molly spent the day with daddy... Grampa, Nick Molly and Sara took a ride to one of those big sporting stores in central New York...
Me,, I stayed home!
I finished my swap for SU convention.. for a friend to take and swap for me.

Next I have to work on my SU only and NVR for stampalooza in October.

Wow.. what a rainy morning today..... our sump pump is working fortunately, but still have a little water seeping in. I was planning on going to the cabin this weekend, but after this rain, it may be a little muddy and slurppy...if thats a word at all.!

Nick was off today, so no Molly... which was good, cause I got my shoebox done for October stampalooza, and some swaps for Beth to take to convention for me.  I just need a current word stamp and some embellishments and I'm done. I got 52 cut and bigshotted... just need to stamp,and stick em together....

Hi all....
